Hi Barb, I wanted to give you some thoughts on how things went with my first set of loans to Michigan Mutual. As you know I am very particular, which means [ can be a pain ] and want and need things to go smoothly. When you signed me up you promised me that this company was different, I was skeptical, but you were right. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. When you helped me with a lock the lock in girl called me to say I could call her directly. Even when I disagreed with the U/W, they were so helpful and patient and willing to look at the condition again. I was impressed. Being my first loans, I was a little late getting everything ready for closing but the Underwriters and closers got me done on time. The most impressive thing was how helpful, accessible and quick the closers were correcting HUD's,working with the Title Co's and getting things done. That is not usual for most wholesalers. I have a small company and have been in business for 26 years. As I told you Barb, I plan on sending a great deal of business to you and your team because of my recent experience. I have been working in the mortgage business for 11 years and has there only been one other company (who no longer exist) that does such a remarkable job.
